if u wear to many chains ....cut down on some as the black marks are formed mainly becuase of them.

Hi friends,

Am using Oriflame cream to reduce the wrinkles. Lift Expert Day Cream and Lift Expert Night Cream is too good. It lifts your skin and visibly u can see the difference in wrinkles. I started using for the past 20 days it is working i can see the difference, the visible wrinkle line is faded and almost abt to vanish.

DARKNESS

in the neck may be due to change in Hormones or thyroid level, so cehck you THYROID also ( its my onw personal experince and thyroid docotors used to note this as one symptom)

LINES

it may be due to extra flesh ( also) in the neck, do neck exercise, i.e.,

turn your neck left and right for 5 times and
see up and down for 5 times and
rotate your neck for 5 times in both sides

this is very very simple neck exercises , which can be done at any time and do this continuosly and this will control douible chin also and tighten the neck skin ( this too taught by my GYM COACH)

and avoid using THICK CHAINS OR NECKLACE for sometime , which is also one of the cause for darklines


DULLNESS IN FACIAL SKIN

Due to lack of vitamins also, so eat plenty of veggie ,fruits and spinach varieties and drink enough water ,which will surely gives your skin glowing effect
