How to reduce THIGHS, HIP, AND HANDS..

    HI Friends

    please suggest me a good exercise to reduce my thighs hip and hands..my whole body is thin.. but these parts are big .. so i am unable to wear a leggings and sleeveless or small hands.. since that upper hand is fat and lower part is thin..

    The way kids do exercises in skool. Do it the same way. Have you ever been punished in skool and have you done uthak baithak. You can do that also like 20-30 in a day for 3-4 weeks and see the changes yrself.

    for legs and hips, do squats (look on youtube), you can go runnung / jogging as well. if you stay in a place with stairs, climb stairs for 30 mins, it helps tone legs and hips. for hands you will need to do exercises with weights (1-2 kgs each hand).
