How to reduce mummy tummy

    Hello Ladies

    Hope you are fine. I had my c-section delivery in July 2015.
    My tummy has been bulging and need your comments/inputs to reduce it.

    Did you try using post delivery belts after giving birth? If not, give it a try .In India, inshape is a good brand. also try some mild exercise . you can find tons of them in youtube. If you are overweight, try shedding some pounds.
