    use elastic belt, also provide feeding to baby for one year.

    go for walking.

    Breathing ex will help alot to reduce tummy.Thighs?? I too need some ides,right now I do leslie walk at home and kegel ex.

    Like berryPine said I'm also doing Lesli walk at home as other exercises are hard to follow after having baby. Leslie is a instructor in video series. As you are in India if you couldn't buy the video try doing the walking exercise by watching the youtube videos

    There are 4 and 5 miles but I have only done upto 3. You will be sweaty after this walking exercise. For kegel exercise try searching in google or youtube and you'll get an idea how to do it. Hope this helps

    The only way to get rid of tummy fat is cardio. it makes you loose fat all over your body. so situps wont work. watch your sodium, fat, carb intake. yes you need these things but ppl usually have 4x the daily amount allowed just in one day. you need fat but watch out for the saturated fat, this is the fat that you cant burn off. just look on the nutritional labels on everything you buy.
