How to make whole wheat flour Uttapam or Whole wheat flour Dosa At Home

    Can anyone Guide me how to make whole wheat flour Uttapam or Whole wheat flour Dosa At Home easily? If anyone have tried Then please help me out and how can we make the batter in bulk and keep it in the fridge so that it can be used for 3 to 4 days...

    in a wheat flour add salt n water,make it lke a dosa batter.add seasoning to the batter(m.seeds,half urad dhal,hing n jeera).
    in tawa pour the batter n make it like dosa

    add little curd and water, salt and red chilli powder to wheat flour(atta) and mix like dosa batter. pour it on non stick tawa from outside to in side. put little oil on sides and turn it. dosa is ready to eat

    Add salt and little bit jeera to whole wheat flour and mix with water and make it like normal dosa batter. Heat the tawa, sprinkle little oil and spread the dosa and top it with finely cut onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Keep the lid and let it cook (If you want you can turn it).
