When I was in Bangalore recently, I had seviam. I was told that it is made of rice and steamed and then made into sevia. It is served with coconut milk and tasted very good. I was told that it is a very arduous process making it.
I need a recipe for it and also recipe for the sweet coconut milk served with it.

    Hi AsterLotus,

I guess you are referring to Idiyappam.

Sweet coconut milk is nothing but, coconut grated, ground with little water and milk extracted from it. Add sugar to the coconut milk :).

    Hope this helps.

    Bye
