How to maintain fitness for a body??

    To keep fit, exercise regularly (at least 4 times a week for 45 mins), drink plenty of water ( at least 2-3 liters everyday), reduce your sugar intake ( switch to sucralose), avoid fried and fatty foods, have oat bran everyday and include loads of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Start a meal with salads always as it gives us the essential fibers. Also eat 5-6 small meals instead of 2-3 big ones as it helps in pepping up our metabolism. Trust this helps. Good luck!!!

    Agree with the above :) Do min 45 min excercise taht gets your heart rate up 4-5X/week. Drink lots of water. Sleep minimum 7-8 hours. and eat healthy!

    ya....and include oats and daliah...also in your meal instead of rice...
