How to incorporate fruit in our diet

    Dear friends,

    Am getting soo lazy with adding fruit in my diet..
    When I was single, my mom used to make lovely fresh fruit salad daily in the morning.
    I felt super charged with this 1 cup of salad.
    This super busy bee had always fascinated me with her love for the family as a annapoorani..

    Please throw in suggestions which fruits you consume regulary, and how often..

    I make it a point to eat 1 apple daily in the evening around 5. No matter what :)

    lazy cutting fruits :), then try one banana a day, ready to eat guava which you cna eat just after washing...
    small amt of dry fruits like raisins & dates.

    Plenty of chocies

    I am really lazy when it comes to buying fruits from market and cutting them daily in order to eat it.I have brought some Sundried date Awala and pineapple in candy form.I eat few pieces daily.
