How To Get Strength From These Circumstances

Yes, I would like to ask them for tea .... I always thought I should wait for them to ask.

I've known some ladies for past year. I am wondering at what point to ask them out for tea ........

 

I was inspired by old photo lady showed me and I really wanted to paint this for her. I even asked if she would accept the painting (it's a religious painting she would value much much more)

Now I'm thinking of giving it in an decent frame (about $10, which is much nicer presentation).

 

Other ethnicity are friendly .....

Now that I think of it, there is a lady who just joined our team who is East European Orthodox (we say hello and good morning to each other) and has miniature statue of Virgin Mary and Baby Christ on her desk.

Later on I might paint that for her and keep it on her desk as surprise (then explain that I saw photo, decided to paint it and give to her since she would like)
