How to get "Ok to Board "when flying to Dubai in Air india express.

I have booked tickets for my in inlaws from India to Dubai.They are coming in tourist visa.How do i get "Ok to board" processing done.Visa processing i am going to do through a travel agency in dubai.

My family is coming to dubai next week and they hold original visas with them in this regard do we need to OK TO BOARD (Air India Express Flight)

Few months back we were arranging tourist visas for our relatives through travel agent. The agent told us he can get "OK To Board" done from dubai airport. So I suppose you should ask the agent about this.
