Hi, We own some land near SP Koil in chennai which was bought about 6 yrs back. We now wish to sell it. We are absolutely lost since we cant find a way to get the current trend in that area. It is easy to find the trends for buildings/apartments but for residential lands, we are completely lost. Appreciate any pointers.
