Re: How to deepen the back neck of already stitched blouse

you have to remove the stitches from the neckline without stretching the material Fold the back into half mark the new neckline.and cut it off.stitch it as usual.

    Alternating parallel salwar

    Hi.
I've got a few stunning parallel salwar trousers which are too long for me. Unfortunately all of them have stunning decorations at the bottom so I can't just simply shorten them by turning up.

I'm 5 ft 6 tall (166 cm) with inside leg measurement approx. 29- 30 inch (75 cm). Trousers measurements are are 30 inch (76cm) inside leg (from crotch to the bottom)and about 15inch (38cm) from waist to the crotch. If I wear them round my waist then the crotch drops and leg length is too long for me. If I want the crotch to sit right then I have to pull the waist up just below my chest, which is really uncomfortable.

Do you have any ideas how can I alternate them to fit me without spoiling beautiful bottom leg design? Is it possible to move the waist down so the measurement between waist and crotch is approx 9-10 inch? Please write any suggestions.

    Re: Alternating parallel salwar

wear the trousers such that the crotch is in position.Mark the waist line on the sides.Draw another line 3.5" above the waist line. This is for casing.Cut the rest..Stitch the casing and pass elastic.Be careful while chopping off.do not chop too much!
