    use thinner..

    apply a bit of thinner in your cloth & clean it... make sure it doesn't drip... if it drips, there is a chance of getting a shock... so squeeze it before cleaning...

    you can even use water if you are cleaning regularly... but whatever it is, it should not drip at any cost...
