How To Calm Oneself.. Advice Please

    hi . I am curious what u ladies do to calm yourself or divert mind from something which bothers you.. I find way hard to divert my mind .it keeps playing in my mind like a for ever..I don't sleep bcz of that ..

    Meet a friend over coffe or dinner
    Don't stay home with out going outside for days

    I usually clean or arrange the house listening to music! You start humming and realize there is so much to do that it diverts you and keeps you busy :treadmill:

    Feel good movies , positive speech , Ted talks ,your favorite hobby shows ( dance shows ,songs competition shows ,craft shows and you can try to make the same )..Music- it can do magic . Learning the lyrics ...

    If you are more into spirituality ..chanting the mantras, your guru's speech , meditation & yoga ..

    Talking/ chatting with friends , going for a coffee ..
    The main point is your get busy in your schedule . Rest everything is secondary .

    Try singing if you like singing or humming. It feels so much better.

    This is from my personal experience. Iam a bathroom singer. So humming or singing makes me relaxed and makes my body feel that Iam in the comfort zone.

    If for example, i am in ur situation, i will do breathing exercise. i will feel that all positives r coming inside while inhaling and all negatives going outside while exhaling..this i usually do. i used to get a lot of thoughts, which may be negative, poor and teasing. but they are all not true i know that by heart so i ignore
