    Students should get

    Enough sleep
    Stay hydrated
    Forgo Excessive amounts of Caffeine
    Take regular breaks
    Exercise
    Maintain a study routine
    Stay calm and cofident.

    Eat Right Food

    Consume Vitamin E for healthy blood flow, yoghurt for good bacteria, citrus fruits to build immunity, baked beans for buidling proteins and fresh vegetables alongwith enough water to keep the brain hydrated.

    Tips:

    • Don’t skip meals
