How To Be Energetic Whole Day

    Hello All

    Being working mother of small kids with thyroid issues living in U.S. (where maid is impossible) I really needed to be increase my energy to balance my life. With lots of trials and errors I finally changed my life style and feeling much better. I want to share my experience with all. Hope it will help many.

    First thing in morning thyroid medicine with lots of water. stretching and shower. After shower drink celery juice or honey lemon warm water or green tea (no sugar or milk) or any smoothie with fruits and veggies mixed (orange, watermelon, mango, pineapple, grapes, blueberry, carrot, spinach, kale etc)
    For me celery juice on empty stomach helped my back pain, neck pain, inflammation lot
    steel cut oatmeal with walnuts, sunflower seeds, cranberry, chea seeds, flex seeds, dates etc
    Do moderate exercise as per your convenience. morning is best . More later
