How should I handle

Hi all, I need all yr suggestions. I moved to my own house in chennai which is in a gated community some 6 months back.i have a toddler who is two years old.my neighbour was not talking to me from day one and she has said her other friends not to talk to me who r close to her.she and other lady have told their kids not to come to our house and. Not to play with my dUghter.generally I'm being invited for bday pRties and I invited them for navrathri volume which they attended.last 6mths I tried my best to have friendship with them but their response is not good.im feeling bad for my daughter as she doesn't have kids to play with her.pls advice me
