    Hi all!

I am curious to know that how many electrical kitchen appliances do you own?

I have mixer grinder, hand blender, microwave oven, bread toaster and sandwich griller. I use toaster griller once in two months.

Nowadays many of us have food processor, electric kettle, wet grinder etc. Do you all use them frequently?

I do a lot of cooking on daily basis. Sometimes I feel bore of chopping, grating, slicing, etc. And yes we eat roti daily so atta us kneaded daily. I don't keep kneaded atta in fridge most of the time.

I was thinking of buying food processor or wet grinder. I know both of them have different uses. But always get confused in deciding.

And also living in rented house has its own limitation. I always think that I will buy this thing when I will move to my own house, so it will have its own place. Buying new gadgets in rented house makes shifting much harder.

So what appliances do you have? Do yo u find them useful?

I use lesser number than what you have specified i think
    Fridge, Mixer, Grinder regularly.

I have an electric toaster, but that is rarely used, maybe once in 3 months or so, we normally toast bread on the tava.

and you right, more gadgets makes it difficult to shift rented homes. so its best to limit them.

I have a Mixer, Toater, panini maker, food processor, wet grinder, MW oven, convection oven, waffle maker, griddle

Except waffle maker and griddle remaining things are my goto on daily basis...

For kneading aata food processor would be great help OP, but for me hand kneading is better than cleaning the food processor :)

    Thank you @chandrakiran, @deeprapriya, @sravanitenali, @sonal1611 for your replies.

I love kitchen gadgets, but only higher end ones, so I can never get hands on them as they are always so so pricey. I love kitchen aid for dough. I saw it first time on nigella show. I got an urge to buy it, but at that time it wasn't even available in India. Now we can buy it but it it is so costly.

I feel equipments make cooking easy. I have target that before any new cooking gadget I will save for dishwasher as I hate dishwashing so much and winters make my life miserable. Water is so cold that after washing dishes, I have to switch on gas and allow my hands to become warm.

hehehe.. Indeed.. those stuff make life easy , but they take space in kitchen , n u have to clean it after each use..

it depends on what types of usage...

why dont hire maid in winter for Dishwashing ???

Till d time u save for Dishwasher ...

I use Induction stove, Grinder(once in a week), mixer. Even i don't have a maid and found it difficult for cleaning vessels in winter. So this winter we installed a new 1L geyser. :)
I have heard that dishwashers are not that useful for indian cooking since we use so much of oil and masalas. Moreover it takes almost same time to place all the vessels inside and then removing it again. You can only place spoons, Tumblers, Plates etc.
