    i read that flax interferes with menstrual system, different for each person, for some it delays for those with irregular, it regularises.

    Hello Viiksha,

    I have flax seeds powdered and with my salad. My salad generally consists of 2 types of sprouts, veggies like carrot, cabbage, beet, cucumber , onion, chilies, tomato and coriander. I use curd as salad dressing. Little bit of zeera powder goes well along with it. Believe me U will not hate the taste anymore.
