How can baby homemade ragi pwd be used now?

    Hi ladies
    I have lots of baby ragi pwd homemade. I used to give my kids with Jagger's but now since they have started eating our kind of food I am left with lot of ragi pwd don't know what to do with it.. They have stopped eating it infant they refuse to eat be more baby food.
    Can u suggest some receipes from that...

    Hi,
    U can make puttu i the same way as rice puttu with jagery/sugar and coconut and steam boil and can gve.. they will like this receipe i thnk..
    also u can make balls with steam boiled.. add some groundnut and jaggery for makig balls .. this they will like to eat as snacks...

    you can prepare ragi dosa out of it.
    Two handful of urad dal batter and one cup of ragi powder.
    Ferment for 4-5 hrs.Add salt and then prepare thin dosa.
    It will be crispy and tasty.

    with this ragi powder we can make vada, ragi vada by vahrehvah chef in you tube. try this. its simple, made with peanuts and rosted chenna. i tried this receipe. tastes well and good and healthy too.

    take some chopped onions, red or green chillies[ ur wish], salt AND MIX IT with the flour. add water and makea dough consistency.

    make small balls and put a dosa pan in stove and pat these balls to flatten in the pan. add oil.

    ur evening snack is ready.



    else u can make pakodis in this dough also.

    This is also known as Thalipeeth in Maharashtra nd quite popular. also made into nutritious ladoos with sugar & ghee in this region...

    You will get the recipes online..

    Last time I had excess ragi, i used to put 1tbhsp in chapathi dough.
