How’s it to be a Mother to the ‘LokaMatha’ Herself?!?!!

    *Yes! Dears…Just went on an ‘Imaginary-Spree’ of the same….

    She-my Goddess has always been a ‘Ma’-whom I

    tend to share everything with..

    Whom I cry and vent-out until a heart’s content..

    Whom I’ve even been ‘merciless’ and scolded!!!

    All this sitting..and blissfully enjoying Her all-

    pervading Motherliness!!



    *Coming to think of it all-

    I really feel ashamed!

    How long will I be making my Ma do all this day in

    and day out so full of that Crytal-Clear Love &

    Compassion????

    Oh! My God(dess) ..I’ve been so selfish without even

    having reciprocated?!

    All the same I need Her..all the same I can’t afford to

    get away from Her!!

    So, what to do?



    *That’s when I decided-

    ‘You be Her Mother’!!!!!

    For a change Saras….why don’t you treat Her-that

    ‘sweet lil’ dainty’ as a Cherub??

    Go on-‘Sit and listen’ to Her Stories..

    Go on-Keep running errands for Her..

    Go on-Nurse Her, Offer Solace when She needs-

    Common hasn’t She done that to you an umpteen

    times, Saras?!?!

    *‘But am not married..how can I be a Mother?’-barged

    in my ‘ridiculous’ ‘Mind’s Voice’ you see;

    ‘You dumbo-of all these years of the Deeply Divine

    Bond that You’ve shared with HER….can’t you even

    emulate an iota of all that She’s done to you…on the

    lines of the Moon reflecting the Sun’s light????



    *Don’t tell me She hasn’t ‘Taught’ you how to Love

    Intensely..

    Her very ‘being there for you’ during your crises is

    nothing more than the Passionate Love She

    has for you!!!!

    Her having to put up with all your mad eccentricities-

    Is it not proof of that Pure Compassion She has

    nursed you with?!


    *But mind You dears!!!

    -All said & done, She is such a ‘Show-Stealer’of the

    Heart’-

    That even there.. as a ‘Child’..She would have

    surpassed me.. in the ‘Kiddo-Love’ She would be

    showing me!

    That’s Simply being Her-Nobody can surpass

    Her Love!!
    -Saras aka attempting to be ‘SaraswathiKuttima’s’ mother-I know I can’t master that art in this life..So, what let me carry over the arrears to my subsequent births.

    That's a great thought. It was Bharathi who treated God as everything, kannamma en kaathali, kannan en sevagan and kannamma my child. When the love is so intense it will seek outlets like these This shows only the intense love you have for your Ma. or your child, rather.
    Again motherhood is a state of mind and not a social status. I have seen childless women showering motherly love on children. And I have seen mothers who should not have begotten a child in the first place.
    Your blog is a great mode of thinking. I bow down to your love.

    Dear Sir,

    It's nothing more than your sheer generosity to recollect the Legendary Bharathi-again whose name too means 'wife of Brahma'-on reading the above lines!
    As you have said...sometimes 'Intense Love' does take such myriad forms!!
    To tell you frankly-
    'My only plea to Her..is after my demise –whenever it happens-is that She should stay with me to aid me in reaching Her Lotus Feet without any glitch!'

    -Very true sir..though I'm single and have not raised any kids the School ambience and my kids' rapport with me has already bestowed a kind of 'Motherhood' in me..I guess!!

    An unmeasurable unit in the world is PURE LOVE with DIVINE. As you have mentioned to be the mother of the GODDESS our HEART AND SOUL will always run at the back of the GODDESS and nothing will appear in our mind as well as in front of ours as we always merged with the DIVINE THOUGHTS.Youhave very well mentioned that We cannot MASTER IN the activity but we can carry forward the acitivity to our next birth
    and can WISH AND PRAY FOR THAT MOTHER LOVE.

    Dear Saras,

    Thanks for bringing my attention to this blog....

    Wat to say...first was kadhlan...Janani rupam to the Triloka Janani....you are blessed Saras to have these kind of thoughts also need some punyam...you have got that.

    Let me narrate her my personal experience. As you might be aware...we were in Port Blair for for some time and we had a spiritiual guru there. During our regular classes he used to make us do manasa pooja where in we visualize our favourite deity and give him/her an abhishekam, offer prasad etc...But my mind was like a monkey though I could visualize my HM in all finery but she used to become my child and I her mother...this thought used to disturb me so much it became difficult for me to concentrate on the manasa pooja. My guru noticed this and asked me the problem...I narrated him what was happening...he just gave his usual sweet smile and said this a form of devotion.."dont worry and continue...your lokajanani knows you" he said.

    Now coming to this blog ...it is simply beautiful...you reminded me of the Port Blair days which I miss a lot even now. Thanks Saras....

    What to say I wonder after having read that Divine outpour from your side as well...

    Honestly, I need to thank you for one thing:
    I was a wee bit 'doubtful'..whether this one...of 'Visualizing the SARAVALOKAJANANI'as a Child too,might go and end up in a controversy-like that of the previous one on 'Romancing Her'?!?!

    But now am only more than convinced:that I had voiced out what I had wanted to,without any inhibitions!!!!!

    Two-for a person known for your 'devotional calibre'...also going down the memory-lane and recollecting a 'Similar 'Experience'!!
