Thanks. Drawing parallels is the result of training given to us in accounts and taxation. When we argue a case before the tax authorities we go out of the way to draw parallels with a decided case so that we can win this case.

In fact I have stored the list of customer complaints in my desk top and used to laugh at them when stress levels go up. As my teacher told me that even a dog's tail has its purpose - to provide a simile to the fool's attitude to life - even stupidities have a place in the drama of life
