High risk pregnancy ob/gyn in chennai

I had c-sec in July 2007, couple of hours later lost my baby. Planning for a second pregnancy now. I do not want to consult the same ob/gyn of my first pregnancy. I am residing @ saligramam.
Can anyone suggest highrisk pregnancy ob/gyn in chennai?

I am not sure if the doc is high-risk gyn but I think in Vijaya hospital, there is a doctor named Usha whom I heard is a very good gyn. You can check that out.

1.Dr.Geetha Haripriya - Chetpet.If distance does not bother you,you can meet her.She is the best doctor I have ever seen.

2.There are some good doctors like Nirmla Jayaraj in Apollo,Greams road.

Sorry for the typo.Actually the doctor name should be Nirmala Jayahankar..I think she is available in saturdays.Call Apollo main board number and ask them to connect to Gynaecology dept and enquire them about her availability on Saturdays.

need a gynaecologist

hi friends.

there are a lot of post about gynaecologist in chennai ,i read all but still confused a lot .my first delivery was a c section (doctor was more interested in c section).
i had a miscarriage after that when i was consulting dr. jayashree gajaraj.the wait to see the doctor was very long almost 3 hours and when i get to see , she will be in a hurry as their are lot of patients.
so this time i want to correct my previous mistakes
is their any doctor who have a limit to number of patients seeing a day?

Appollo hospital,malar hospital etc have all the facilities (i think so) does EVK hospital , seethapathy clinic etc have nurseries ( if babies are born preterm)?
i would like to go to a doctor who is warm and answers our doubts. if you have experience with any doctor please suggest a doctor in or near from adyar velachery area

for high risk pregnancies you should always go to good tertiary care centers.

try apollo in greams road. not sure about the one in kotturpuram.

try geetha or mmm

if u r in south chennai try iswarya womens hosp. i ve been there. 3 gynecologists are there.so better for high risk preg. malar hosp is an other choice.dr nithya is still there.
