Hi Viji,
Thank you very much. Are you asking for the actual Base (Mount) Or how it is made?

It is mounted on a plastic lid (Taken from folgers coffee containner).

Pillaiyar is made of paper strips.To start with you can use any good quility
advertisment paper and rolled as a coil.
