    Hello ladies,

    Hope you r all doing good.

    Can you ppl help me with doing curd at home. Tips will be really helpful.

    Milk (toned or full cream)-500 ml...Put it to boil...After boiling the milk...keep it like that for 15 minutes to let it cool down a bit...then add one tablespoon of curd to the milk...and rotate the spoon into the milk so as to distribute the curd evenly in the milk...cover the whole set up...Put aside for 5-6 hours...
    After that you may use the same for refreshing lassi...etc :)
    PS: time taken for the curd to set subject to variation in weather conditions...
