Help me find this Kanchana Jayathilagar's novel

Hey friends,

Have read a novel very long back. The story goes like this : Heroine works in some hotel. Hero meets her in some marriage and sees she talks to the fishes in pond and love at first sight for him. Later she knows hero is the owner of the new hotel branch she works, somewhere in kerala backwaters. The words i remember are thoppi dosa, boat house. The villi comes and try to kill the heroine by pushing her from boat house. but another mallu worker saves the heroine. And i think the villis name is something like " Neelorpazham" not sure. My brain cries for past week thinking of this story. It was my fav when i read and i want to re-read it again.

Please helpppp....

Please help me, how to find this novel, I read it long back, But I didn't remember the name and it’s author:
Heroine with her mother are poor and make vadaam, podi and sell it to shops and homes Heroine's uncle (father's younger brother) and his family stay near to her house. Heroine's cousin sister dominates and hesitates always for her poor. One day heroine goes to give the products to her friend’s house and she saw the hero, hero's mother fixes the marriage to hero and heroine. On their first night hero said that 'I didn't love u and I love only the drug'. Heroine concentrates her mind to develop her business and make something different. In the meantime heroine's cousin gets bad name with the neighbours and also her family too. She also knows her mistakes and changed herself. Heroine helps her and fix the marriage with her brother-in-law, and hero also fall in love with heroine but he does not expressed it
Heroine might be happy with the marriage and also her business gets great development with some more workers and hero helps her to get brand name of her products and she find hero was changed very well in the right way. Finally hero expresses his love.
Happy ending
If any body know this novel’s name and author? Please help me
