Deepa this is my all time fav flower knows in India as Nagalingam flower or Canon ball tree,origin is Amazon forest.
I have this tree in my garden which will bloom once it is 7 years of age so I expect it to bloom next year.It is a giant tree worth a height of 80 feet or even more,just look few snaps of this holy tree.

See Naga,Lingam,Yoni in this flower,very dear to Shri Shiva.

This is wonderful..i have seen this tree in my husband hometown...yep i too have seen this flower especially for Lord shiva while performing puja..
your tree looks tall..seems next year you will have more flower.great work..

Deepa,
Last shots are not mine,I have uploaded them from net and from my library.My Nagalingam tree is 15 feet tall right now and should bloom next year.
Regarding your last shots,nice plants you bought.I have 2 out 3 you showed!
For Rose plants keep them open and let them expose to Sun as now we are in Winter season.Best and safe treatment to save them from various disease I hv found is,
*Add cow urine say 100 ml into 1 Lt.water,sprincle it on the plant,this will save them from various on set diseases.
*If you can get CuSO4 i.e copper sulphate,add it with Chuna(the white paste which panwala apply on Pan i.e caco3 if I am right),apply this paste on all main trunk and branches of Rose plants,this will save plants from fungus and other disorders.Mixture should be dilute type else it will harm the plant.Practically take lesser Chuna.

*when ever you cut branches of Rose plant,close it(apply n.polish on that surface) using Nail Polish else Bee will lay eggs inside the hole during end of winter.

Get a rose plant known as Queen Elizabath,this gives Pink roses with blossom and flowering is rapid and often.You will really love it.

Truely lovely it is..i will buy chuna and cuso4 that will go with me for rose plant..is that is good for other plant also???please suggest..i have noticed small white bugs in my shoe flower(hibiscus) i cut few leaves coz of that any remedies for it ???
i have put onion covers and egg shells for rose plant for time being.

Queen Elizabeth.... might be i would have seen it,but am hearing this for first time.lemme hunt out for this...
