Hi Ladies, For those who dont drink tea/coffee there are healthy kashayams if you use any please share... For Pitta and acidity this kashayam is good Take 1/2tsp Coriander seeds roast it in a kettle add 1 cup water when it reduces to three fourth add 1/2 cup milk and sugar boil till it comes to one cup. these all need to be done on low flame when done seive and drink it. This is very good for health
Durgapriye, The kashayam you mentioned is good. I guess its equally good if we use water instead of milk there. There are quite a few discussed by krishnaamma.
