Healthy green soup for all.

    Take all the vegetables.

    Tomatoes and onions too Potatoes dont make you use maida.
    Add palak-grind it before

    You will get green colour

    Blend all boiled vegetables and fry taking half spoon of cow ghee

    Add salt,black pepper and garlic (four or five flakes) paste

    Boil for five minutes.

    If you want thick soup add only half glass..add more water if one likes thin soup.

    One can give it an infant..making watery...but dont put in black pepper.
