    Hi!Dipu81

neck pain could be due to bone or muscular issues. if it the bone - related to spondylitis, neck movements should be limited and lying without a pillow and a firm cloth under your neck(to keep the head, neck and body at the same level) will provide relief. Both muscle and neck issues will be relieve with some dry heat - either a heating pad or a hair dryer.

if it is a muscle issue you need to do some neck exercises and dry heat following application of a muscle relaxant ointment (SN-15 or any other). Seek the advice of your doctor before you start anything if your not sure whether it is a muscle or a bone pain.

    Hope that helps

    Good Morning..

    Today's tip:

'Sugar free' does not mean carbohydrate-free. If you are diabetic, check the food label on the product for the carbohydrate content.
If you are diabetic, do not consume just any sugar free product assuming it won't affect your blood sugar levels. It is advisable to keep a check on the carbohydrate content of the food, before consuming it. Sugar-free product might be a better choice if it has noticeably fewer carbohydrates.

    Today's Tip:

A combination of amla, harar and bahera (triphala) is a moderate level laxative and a very good source of vitamin C.

In our family we do not heat anything related to neem (be it the bark, leaf or flowers..) so we usually take the fresh leaf as it is.

as an alternative, we use nilavembu. the bark, the leaf of this plant is so useful in diabetes control as well as immunity building..it is very bitter, (more than neem), but is very beneficial..

You can just peel the outer layer and cut the beetroot into pieces and grind it and make a juice.
Or you can peel and make a juice in a juicer.

Add salt and pepper for taste..

    It will be yummy...!!! :)
