yes stayasmiles. Olive Oil is good. But don't take it to smoking point. Any oil is good if it is used in moderate quantities which applies to olive oil too. using olive oil brings addtional health benefits of Olive.

Yes I am using Olive oil for cooking all the veggies. But, I have noticed for frying its better to use Canola or Sunflower Oil.
