want to know has anyone taken.taking IRON Injections during pregnancy.if so on what reasons?
How many injections did u took?Did it really helped?Any side effects?

No. My HB level was 13. Still after 5th month doc has advised iron tablet.s
No injections taken

Hi harun
I took iron injection during 8th month for my first pregnancy.I got skin allergy (rashes every where in body).It went off only after delivery.

Hi

I am in my 3rd month, and doctor has prescribed multivitamin(with iron) tablets and calcium tablets.
No injections though.

The only advise was that, iron tablets & calcium tablets should not be taken at the same time, else iron will not be absorbed properly. So i am taking the iron tablets at morning & calcium in the afternoon.
