Ingredients: Aloo: 1 big boiled and mashed Suji: 1 tbsp Palak, Methi: 1 cup finely chopped Salt to taste Green chilly paste:1 tsp Chillipowder:1/4tsp Pepperinch Ginger garlic paste:1/2 tsp Garlic cloves finely chopped:1 Oil: 1tbsp Procedure Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well Make kababs of required shape. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs till golden brown on both sides. Kababs are ready to be served. Serve hot with tomato sauce. These can be dipped in bread crumbs and deep fried or shallow fried I prefer shallow frying hence only 1 tbsp of oil
sounds yummy I am going to try this...is this 1 cup of palak or 1 cup of methi, and can I used kasoori methi instead?
Thank you manali manoj. Catgol bread crumbs are required for crunchy nice taste. Try with sooji if you dont have bread crumbs.
