Hairfall And Thin Hair

Like @MNR mentioned, I too had severe hair loss recently. My Dr suggested for a full blood check up with thyroid levels too. All came normal, but HB was 11 (12-17 was the normal range). Dr said it is ok. But my hair loss did not improve.
Then I started to take a multivitamin, and applied Vit E oil to the hair mixed with coconut oil. It then improved. But I had lost a good amount of hair in the mean time

 

Even for me too, never got back that thickness..

 

@m284 we both in same age.. Then You try fenugreek seed paste (Soak a fenugreek seed full night and grind it as paste) and Keep it for 10 or 15 mins and wash your hair with mild shampoo or Shikaikai.. Sure it will reduce hair fall problem. My mom usually do this for me.

 

My shampoo is green Nyle, but can I apply papaya fruit pulp on my hair before washing?

Hair fall is 1st symptom as something is wrong with body..

Somethings suits some.. but basic is Check if dandruff is the main cause..

get multivitamin from medical store.. and have it for month..

Apply oil always before shampoo..

Check if u tried some new shampoo..
