For hair problems, coconut oil and castor oil works great.

I use coconut oil on my hair twice a week and my hair falling decreased dramatically. Its only been 3 weeks for now. I put coconut oil on my scalp and hair before going to sleep and the other day I wash it off. The more you use it , the better. :) It helped a lot with my hair falling.

My father uses castor oil for his hair. Mind the smell, it is sooo strong and the oil is very thick. He's been using it since he was around 16 and still his hair is so great. Very black without a single white strand, very shinny, and so thick. I really want to use it but the smell was too strong. If you can use it, that will be great ! :)

If castor oil is too thick, you can dilute it using a bit of coconut oil.

Hair loss occurs mainly due to iron deficiency. I had severe hair fall problem, I had tried different ayurvedic oils of some which required applying one bottle a week. But it with their application controlled again hair fall continued.
At last I tried taking vegetables which had more iron content. I would suggest take a gooseberry(Nellikai) every day, if you are not prone to cold and similar issues. otherwise follow the recipe of the juice mentioned juice.

    ABC Juice

    Beetroot - 1/2 of a whole one

    Carrot - 1

Apple juice- quarter cup refrigerated( available in cartons)

Make a juice of carrot and beetroot in a centrifugal juicer and add little apple juice. Apple juice is added so that it can add some flavor instead of adding sugar.

But with this my hair fall has completely stopped. Am not the one who eats lot of greens. so these have become ideal for me. I intake gooseberry and carrot juice alternatively.

    Hi Friends,
Recently I bough Dhatri (Ayurvedic) oil from India(20 bottles) I heard very good opinions through my friends. Because my hairls are very thin I started using it, but it started falling in thick volume My sister in lwas says that its natural phenaomena of falling hair when start using new products on them and it starts getting adjusted slowly.

I am bit worried as already my hair...very thin and now you can see my scalp...literally...is it normal or should I stop? I also believe Ayurvedic will never fails....have no side effects.....but it is very slow in giving results...

    Please advise me.
