    Hello friends,

for the past 2-3 months, I have been experience heavy hair fall. I find hair on my pillow, in my towel, on my office chair and everywhere else. The funny part is that my hair don't fall that much when I comb them.

Can you help me with it? What should i do?

I had hair loss for a long time until recently i change into a new shampoo and not only my hairs stop dropping but it started to grew. The shampoo seems to work because i sense there are some "heat" element on it to improve blood circulation coz everytime i apply it i felt sense of heat on scalp .

    Hello, all!

I too have been having a lot of hairloss and I will start eating brussels sprouts as I remember my hair got very thick when I used to eat them regularly when I was on a strict diet. I just read on the internet that having a sulfur deficiency has a lot to do with losing hair, and the website listed the foods that have it and I believed it because they listed brussels sprouts (knowing it's true because of my experience). Here is the list of foods:

    kale
    brussels sprouts
    cabbage
    egg yolks
    cauliflower

Also, sulfur can also be found in MSM, it is supposedly best absorbed in that form, and 700mg a day is the recommendation.

I also would really love to try the head massages. I couldn't read through all 75 pages of answers on this topic but it seems that the combination of castor oil and coconut oil seems to be most popular.

One more little piece of information, I noticed that my hairloss got really bad when the air conditioner in my car stopped working, and I would drive around in heat (and I drive a lot), I read on this forum that from an ayurvedic perspective, hair loss is caused by having too much heat in the body, but I wonder if outer heat has an effect on it as well.

I have been trying to decrease my heat by not eating foods that are too oily or spicy, and by drinking green tea (I just started this).

I hope I helped a little, and I hope to hear from you all.

    Good luck!
    Rita:cheers

Not all hair loss products are safe to use. Some ingredients can damage the hair follicle and negatively affect the hair growth cycle. Choosing a natural treatment for hair loss must be clinically proven and tested that are produced 100% safe ingredients. Rather these pure ingredients will really work to improve the hair follicles and also encourage hair regrowth in their very own normal way. Leimo is the right shampoo product. It is a bio cleansing shampoo that helps to treat hair loss and promote hair growth as well.

Hi for bald spot good dermatologist(skin specialist) can give u lotion and some vitamins.
For dandruff Use natural product to cleanse the hair(shikakai, ritha, dried lemon) water, use Neem oil, head massage with (mixture of lemon, yogurt, bramhi n amala powder, aloe vera pulp).
I think everyone knows the sequence of above things..It really helps..

Maybeits because of changes in your diet, if your diet hasn't changed much then its best to consult a doctor and get your levels checked, because hair-loss is the first signs of most deficiencies.
