oil regimes and recipes in this forum. Can anyone who has followed these regimes

    1. Please share your experience on the average hair growth they experienced before and after this?
    2. I have read the average hair growth is ½ inch per mth. I was wondering whether it is the same case for Indian women who use less heat and chemicals on their hair irrespective of any hair care regime ? Please share your experience.
    3. I have read that 50-100 hair fall a mth is natural. When in this forum people complained about tremendous hair fall, around how much were you really experiencing? After these henna pack and hair oil treatments how much do you see? Please share your experience.

    I think the growth rate is purely a genetic based and the hair fall is mainly due to our negligence.
    Any of the regime will only protect your hair from problem(minimize the worsening) and will never accelerate the growth rate unless and otherwise you have a healthy hair(long,thick,etc) which was lost due to some reasons/health problems.
    All these hair care regime act as EXTERNAL CATALYST just in maintaining the healthy fact of our hair.

    In my case,due to aging,health problems and intake of pills, growth rate had slowed down and severe hair fall(more than 100 strands) is also there.
    Oil massage an hr before head bath and using home-made shikakai,and protein pack twice in a month helping me a lot in sustaining the problem.
