I guess once the brown color goes off, you will regain your natural hair color with little brown influence on it.

I have been using henna and indigo for years and I love my hair.. covers grey perfectly.. the only thing if you want it to constantly look black or dark brown you should apply every two weeks.. it is just so wonderful.. I keep it for abt 5 - 6 hours and then wash off. And I dont wash my hair for two days after that..

    sure..
Mehendi : I soak it overnight.. just with warm water..
Next day when I am about apply, I mix indigo with warm water and keep it for abt 10 mins and then mix it with mehendi, lemon juice. Lemon juice is important... Because Indigo reacts to citrus and makes the color beautiful.
I also add any kind of oil like a tsp of any oil such as coconut or olive oil. This makes hair softer without this after washing the hair becomes too dry.
I use 1 mehendi and half indigo. This really depends on how much color you need. If you need dark black then equal qty.
I like this proportion because it gives me a beautiful dark brown shade..
I keep it on my hair for abt 5 - 6 hrs depending on how much time I have.. it comes out really good
I dont wash my hair with shampoo.. just rinse it when you have to wash the mehendi
After two days, I wash it with shampoo.
Hope that helped.. Pls ask if any clarifications, would be happy to help.. :)

To add to hair coloring and fading, I always have it done by a hair salon to make it effective. When my grey hair showed up already, I only resort to root coloring ( coloring the upper hair that are faded) and not the entire one. After that, I make it sure that I have my hair treatment after the coloring.

Would anyone dare try to dye their hair with these weird hair trends? Weird Hair Trends Today. I'm thinking about trying one of them. Is it too weird?
