In my personal experiences, none of the hair dyes are safe without side effects. As another ILite indicated, a primary side effect is hairfall. Starting from Loreal all have hairfall, itching etc impacts. It is widely said that using hair dyes can result in health issues.

Heena is best for your problem. You should apply heena with awala, ritta powder with lemon juice. It is good to apply this on hair to make hair strong, black and shiny. Heena will make your hair natural black and strong.

Better not to use any chemical or ammonia containing powder. Try to use some bio materials, it is good for hair health

I have heard garnier olia is good....there are some no ammonia colours available at stores. As long as you keep your hair conditioned and oiled weekly, colour will not damage your hair...I have been coloring for years...it's fine, I use a good quality conditioner and shampoo....works fine.
