hi we recently made a etransfer request through icici money2 india... from US acct to non icici acct in india... but,initially the money was debited from our acct yesterday, but then it was credit back to our account today.. our acct did had sufficient funds in it,not sure why its coming back,... any one faced a similar situation........
hey, does icici allow that ? As far as i know, you should have an icici account in India, and send $ from icici money2india to that indian-icici account of yours. after transferring the $ to INR , then you can move that money from ur icici acct to another non-icici accnt within india. I guess this may be the reason it got returned. You try calling their number to enquire. or in ur icici accnt, left side there is a mail option. you can send queries by mail and they immediately send mail replies too. Try it and also let us know how you solved it.
hi yes, we can transfer to non icici from US acct.. its just that,it takes additional days... by the way , my issue got solved, and its because of an issue with the local bank as they put a stop payment by miskate...
