H4 Immigration regarding

    HI, Me n my 3 year old daughter are on H4. I am planning to visit India next month. I need to go to stamping if i am there to return.

    I am hearing from frns that, Immigration is scrutinizing heavily and holding ppl in India. I think they might be holding H1 holders. I see no reason to hold H4 ppl. If the process gets delayed, maximum how much time it would take?.

    Please let me know if u hear any such stories about H4 rejections/ holding/delays. Please let me know ur experiences n suggestions if any.

    You dont need to worry about rejections.. Because they cant hold you and your kid back, when your husband is abroad on H1 visa.... As long as your husband is not rejected his H1 during his renewal, you dont need to worry about your visa.. Its the usual process as your first appearance... So nothing to worry about it...
