your mom does not need your help immediately this is after she is free of her responsibilities of taking care of her elders like previous poster said it is still 10 yrs down the line when she will really need your help, so since you will be soon getting your GC you can apply for citizen ship I assume by the time your mom is 70-75 you can apply for her GC and she can stay permanently with you. Don't worry a woman who is taking care of so many elders will be a blessed woman and god will always take care of her.
