How my organization will claim ITC ? The situation is this.I got some loan amount to purchase electronic items from my company but they asked me to purchase in the company's name and include their GSTIN number.I bought but didnt add the GSTIN.Now will there be any problem for me if I submit this invoice without their GSTIN number and will they claim ITC for this.Please help
