growing orchids at home

    Hi

    I bought an orchid plant last year and slowly all the flowers fell off and no new flowers, but still the leaves are green.

    This year got an orchid plant as a gift, the flowers hv slowly started to fall off. Im watering the plant once a week, which is kept indoor.

    orchids are something that would grow in hilly areas with mild temperatures...
    growing them in hot and humid climate that too in an area where there is sea breeze and salty air is not suitable for orchids...to grow them properly may be you should keep it in a temperature controlled room
