Group For 8 Week Stronger Workout Challenge

    Dear friends,
    I am in the weight loss journey for past 2 years, but sometime due to my personal commitments I could not give it the importance it deserved and so I am not successful. Rather I would say, I am finding good excuse every time on why I am not successful. In fact in this year 2017 I gained 6 kgs.

    Enough is enough.. Now I want to look at my health. So I am in the process of streamlining my diet.
    For workout I am planning to start 8week stronger challenge. These are series of workouts for 8 weeks 6 days/week, Combination of cardio and strength training.

    I am planning to start from 23rd Dec. I know i am not fit enough to complete all these moves, but nothing wrong in trying. You are welcome to join me.

    Hi Ana12,
    Great. Keep going..I would like to join with you. Will start from tomorrow. Instead of Yoga I planned to go for brisk walking for 45 mins. I am also 67 kg now and want to reduce to 60 by next 4 months.
