Hope to receive a lil advice from ladies here.

We are currently trying to zero in on two options we have for choosing an apartment.
We like the one on third floor very much, due to its layout. But I have an active 7 year old boy, who likes to play sports on his xbox , jump around a bit ...like any other kid of that age.

The other apartment choice we have is ground floor, but the apartments are a bit old and smaller. So it is our second choice.

Both places have good location and good schools.

Would you suggest I put aside my inhibitions of disturbing neighbours with my child's normal masti and go ahead with third floor ?

We need to decide tomorrow...would love to hear some thoughts

I belive that one should live in a place they LOVE.

Otherwise u will go to a place with a sad mind and have some regrets.

Ur son is in an understandable age.He is going to grow up fast anyways.U need to explain it to him to keep it low or go downstairs and play. Also,it might help the child to learn and adapt.

Go for the third floor.be happy:)

    Good luck

    Third floor definitely!

Kids sometimes change overnight, lifetime investments don't!

Go for the 3rd floor, you will have privacy and also less chance of theft. Kids grow faster so it will not be a problem in a couple of years.
