Granite or stainless steel Sink - Need suggestions

Hi All,
our new house is in contruction phase. The builder has provided two options for kitchen sink, Stainless steel or Granite - I am not able to decide, pls tell me which is good.

And also, he is not providing drain board with the sink. Is it necessary? Should I ask him to provide it compulsarily?

pls suggest.

i think stainless steel is better, as it is easy to wash and rustproof and longlasting. drain board is a must.

I too suggest stainless steel type.. Main thing is it is easy to clean

We just got our kitchen renovated. Previously, we had a ceramic sink. This time, we fixed a stainless steel sink from Parryware. The maintainance is very easy compared to granite or ceramic sinks.
