    will definitely try this solution .here in NJ i don't know where we will be able to find Vasambu - but will definitely enquire with my friends ... thanks alot for your suggestion really appreciate your time !

    any of you know where we can get vasambu in NJ ? pls let me know if you have any idea

    medicine for (pulicha eppam) - indigestion

    HI anu,

    If you get pulicha eppam, means you are having indigestion. so take 'vasambu podi' or fry cardamom with skin in a pan. ( in slow flame) it will bulge. then remove it from the fire and remove the skin. take the seeds and powder it. add honey and eat. ok ya?
    this you can give for children also. for adults, at a time you can eat 2 to 3 cardamom's seed. hope this helps.
    Take less food for 2 ,3 days and have lots of hot water.
    you can also take 'hajmulla' tablets.
