Gout Cure/Remedy

    I have very high Uric Acid and Gout.I don't like to take medicenes.Please tell the best cure or any remedy and care suggestions.Thank you

    Avoid protein rich diet (mainly pulses with chilka) , paneer ,vegetables with seeds, fruits with seeds, milk and its products ,rice and rice products , sweets, non- veg, and take plenty of water

    homeopathic and electrohomeopathic medicines do wonders
