lots of shops for western garments, including seemati. foot wear, metro, sylcon and base. accessories, i personally prefer kallarakal and goodwill collections, near manorama.
For accessories, the shop near BCM college is very famous - the one between BCM and govt hospital. I think its goodwill, as sarvatha mentioned in the earlier post.
